Welcome

My dream has always been to help people be their best selves.  After my four children grew up and left home, I had time to do some inner searching. In my search for a way to live my life's purpose, I found a school that taught Empowerment Coaching for Women.  My soul felt called,  and I started a fantastic journey of education and healing for myself.

Since then, I have become a published author, spoken at different events such as 'One Woman', and been asked to participate in workshops that help others find the tools that enable them to find their way back to solid ground.

I am a part of a fantastic group of women who inspire and uplift each other.  

Working at a  funeral home, I watched people learn to deal with shock and sudden grief. That is when I felt my deepest calling. I wanted to help people who felt alone in their loss, whether through losing a loved one or their health, job, or maybe going through relationship or financial  hardships.  Personal loss has been a part of my family's journey, too, when my daughter lost her son during birth. 

I can help people deal with their sudden and unexpected grief and loss,  I can help people find their way back to their  laughter and gratitude, and I am excited to share that journey with you.
